Line-X of Kentucky

Rick - Thank you again for taking care of the airbags on our F-350 dually today. We are only about 1,500 miles into our roughly 4,000 mile trip and can just imagine what would have happened to the airbags if not repaired. The attachment bolts are so much larger and now the proper hardened type so that they should not snap again. Later today we hit a long stretch of concrete road being repaired and the truck handled beautifully with the 3,500 pound Lance truck camper aboard. Your professionalism and courtesy were much appreciated especially since you worked us into your schedule.

So many times we fail to write positive notes and only concentrate on negative experiences. Well, this one is a positive experience.

I write to express my gratitude for the outstanding customer service that my fiancée Kathy and I received during our visits to your LINE X of KENTUCKY business. I was absolutely amazed at the way you and your family treated us as well as the entire treatment that was given to all customers that we witnessed on both days we were there. Kathy was also impressed with the way you treated her via telephone (prior to our visit), and how you explained everything so carefully to her in regards to the safety aspect of hitches, towing packages, electric brakes, etc. This is true, genuine customer service that is hard to find in today’s society.

As a manager of a Kentucky State Resort Park, I understand the dedication and commitment that it takes to treat people in a fair, honest, and appreciative manner. I wish I could “Bottle Up” what I witnessed and “Open that Bottle” as a magic formula in teaching others about customer service. You definitely exceeded my expectations. You have a lot to be proud of in the way you and your family do business! I will highly recommend your services to anyone I come in contact with.

Let me start by saying, I will never use a different brand of liner. I have a '99 Ford Ranger you guys sprayed an over the rail liner in well over 5 years ago. I still recieve comments about how good the liner looks. It has without a doubt withstood the "test of time". I recommend it to everyone without fail. Needless to say, when I will be visiting you guys in the future with my new F-150!

"I RECENTLY HAD LINE-X SPRAYED IN MY 2000 DODGE RAM WITH THE OVER THE RAIL APPLICATION. I LOVE IT!!!! I LIVE IN LEXINGTON, KY. AND THE GUYS OVER AT LINE-X OF KENTUCKY DID A GREAT JOB. "I gotta tell ya, the Line-X spray in liner is MUCH better than the Rhino. The texture is much more finely grained than the Rhino. The grippability (is that a word?) is somewhere in between the Rhino and a drop-in. Not too slippery, and not too grippy. As Goldie locks said, "It's JUST right" I've had everything from oodles of sod to a VERY heavy engine hoist (in multiple pieces) on the bed and it still looks brand new. The cost was a bit more than others though, $450 for overthe rails.
I wouldn't do anything else. "

"Dear Line-X,
Having owned numerous trucks in the past I have tried many different products in the area of add-on accessories. After trying Line-X, I have to say that it does not fall under the 'accessory' category. I now consider it a 'necessity'! I have tried traditional bedliners in the past only to have them warp in the sun, rattle and make noise while driving, etc. ALL of these are totally eliminated with the Line-X liner. I love it so much I am trying to find something else to cover!!!"

"I had an over-the-rail drop-on bedliner in my truck with a custom $3000 paint job. I thought the liner would protect the rails and bed, but after two winters in upstate NY I took the bedliner out and to my surpriese it had actually rubbed the paint to the metal and was rusting the bed. I now am looking to get a LINE-X liner to protect my trucks paint job and bed."

I had a LINE-X liner installed along with many other items on my 2007 Chevy Silverado and I could not be happier with the quality of the job that was done by everyone at LINE-X Of Kentucky. I was well informed what was going to happen prior to having it done and was kept informed of what was happening while it was being done and everything was gone over with me after it was done. While I was waiting I was made to feel at home. I want to thank all for a GREAT job done.
